Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review the following:

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Certain products (e.g., personal care, hygiene products, custom items) are not eligible for return.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us at ravazinquiry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Once approved, you will be provided with return instructions (returns may need to be sent directly to the supplier’s warehouse).

    3. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at ravazinquiry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
